What do the plans cost?
Four tiers, billed monthly per site: Essentials $99, Professional $179, Ultimate $299, and Care Pro $499 which includes four rolling development hours a month. Multi-site discounts are quoted on a call.
What if my site is already broken?
Tell us before you sign up. We look at it first and quote the repair separately, so you are not paying a monthly fee to inherit somebody else’s emergency.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancel within the first thirty days for a full refund; after that renewals follow the published refund policy. No annual lock-in, no notice period.
Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers, not a junior queue. The same team that maintains BuddyX Pro, the BuddyPress Community Bundle and the Reign theme.
What if I need more than maintenance?
Care Pro includes four development hours a month. Beyond that, custom development runs alongside the plan on hour blocks with no subscription lock-in.
