What we fix
Four things store owners come to us for. Each one has its own page with scope, process and what it costs to find out.
Your store breaks, or drifts
Checkout failing for some customers, an update that broke a template, payments not reconciling, a plugin conflict nobody can isolate. We find the cause before we change anything.
WordPress maintenanceYou need it to do something it does not
Custom checkout logic, B2B pricing, product feeds, or an integration your CRM needs.
WooCommerce developmentOne specific change, not a project
A single modification to a store that already works, quoted before we start.
WooCommerce customizationYou want someone watching it
Updates, backups, uptime and a person who answers when something goes wrong.
Care plansHow working together goes
Most people hesitate because they do not know what happens after they send the message. This is what happens.
Send us the problem
Describe it however you like. A screenshot and a sentence is enough. You do not need to diagnose it first.
We scope it
We look at the store, find the cause, and come back with what it takes and what it costs. No charge for this.
You approve, we build
Work happens on a staging copy, you see it before it goes live, and you keep everything we write.

WooCommerce Is Raising Its PHP Floor: Check Your Store, Talk to Your Host, and Decide If the Plan Still Fits
Your store will not break, but on PHP 7.4 or 8.0 it will stop getting WooCommerce updates. Check in 30 seconds, test on staging, and decide if your plan fits.
Questions people ask before enquiring
What does it cost?
Scoping is free. After we have looked at the store you get a fixed price for the work, or an hourly rate with a cap if the problem is genuinely open-ended. You approve the number before anything starts.
How long does it take?
A single fix is usually days. A development project depends on scope, and the scope comes with a date. If we are going to miss it, you hear that from us before the date, not after.
Do you need access to my live store?
We work on a staging copy wherever possible. When live access is genuinely required we ask for a time-limited account with only the capabilities the job needs, and we tell you when to revoke it.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. The code is yours, it stays in your repository, and we document it so another developer can pick it up. No licence keys tied to us, no hosting you cannot leave.
