Care plans

Cancel within the first thirty days of a new care plan for a full refund of that period. After that window, renewals are not refundable, because the work in a maintenance month is performed continuously rather than delivered at the end of it. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; there is no notice period and no annual lock-in.

Development work

Fixed-price work is quoted and approved before it starts. If we do not deliver what was quoted, we fix it or refund it. If the scope changes after approval, we re-quote rather than silently absorb or bill it.

Hour blocks

Unused hours in a purchased block are refundable on request while the block is still open. Hours already worked are not.
